Return Policy

We operate a 30 day return period from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us first via Info@Mainovoo.nl to initiate a return. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. For more information, feel free to contact us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label for shipping, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first filing a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as underwear, swimsuits and bikinis), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to get the item you desire is by returning the original item and then making a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted. In the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without providing any explanation.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. Subsequently, we will inform you about the approval of the refund. If approved, you will receive a store credit instead of a monetary refund, allowing you to choose another item of equal value. This policy is based on legislation regarding returns, whereby we do not provide cash refunds due to administrative and financial reasons, such as processing fees and taxes. Additionally, the store credit is valid for only one month to ensure that customers can use it within a reasonable period and to promote our inventory turnover. This limited validity period also allows us to continuously refresh our shopping experience with new collections and products. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not yet received any notification regarding your store credit, please contact us at Info@Mainovoo.nl. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible and assist you.
